Shipping & Delivery Policy

The estimated average delivery time for our products is 7 to 15 working days, although delays may occur due to factors such as postal service disruptions, customs clearance procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All purchases include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer’s email address within 5 working days. Tracking allows you to follow your order from dispatch until delivery.

Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or other reliable courier partners. In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence or restricted delivery areas, the courier may leave a notification requesting collection from the nearest delivery office.

Based on our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Address changes are not possible after 24 hours of placing the order, and cancellations will also not be accepted after this period.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies with the customer. Should the order be returned to the sender overseas, the delivery timeframe will be recalculated from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
